Arrival and departure times
- Arrival: from 16:00 onward.
- Departure: before 11:00
Payment conditions
- A deposit of 50% is to be paid upon reservation by credit card via our online secure payment system.
- Full payment: the remaining 50% is to be paid 10 days before your arrival.
Cancellations
Cancellations made at least 30 days in advance will receive a refund of 90% of the advanced payment made at the time of the booking. After this period, a charge of 100% of the advanced payment made at the time of booking will be applied. Cancellations made less than 10 days in advance will be charged the full amount of the booking and no refunds will be given.
How to get to Orion Treehouses
By car
Via the A8 motorway:
→ From Marseille, take exit n° 47 Villeneuve Loubet, Cagnes-sur-Mer, Vence
→ From Nice or Italy, take exit n° 48 Cagnes-sur-Mer
By air
The nearest airport is Nice Côte d’Azur Airport.
→ From the airport, you can take a taxi or bus (see below), or hire a car.
By train
The nearest railway station is Cagnes-sur-Mer.
Nice and Antibes are accessible by TGV direct from Paris and other major French cities and there are regular trains between Nice, Cagnes-sur-Mer, and all main towns along the French Riviera.

By bus
→ From Nice city center: First take Tram Line 2 from the city center to the Parc Phoenix stop.
or from Nice Airport: first go to Terminal 1.
Then take Bus #9 or #620 either to the “Le Gué / Shopping Promenade,” stop, which is directly adjacent to the shopping centre from where you can easily get an Uber to us or to Cagnes-sur-Mer station), from where you can transfer to Bus #655 that goes to the village of Saint-Paul de Vence and simply walk down the hill to Orion (a 20-minute walk).
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you have a parking? ▶
Yes. We have a small car park limited to one normal-sized car per treehouse. We can also accomodate 2 motorbikes instead of a car.
Please note that there is no space for mobile homes or caravans.
Should you wish to store your bikes, the ideal place will be beneath your treehouse.
Are the treehouses heated? ▶
Yes. Both the bathrooms and the bedrooms have their own electrical heater.
PS: the pool is not heated. As it is a natural pool, the water molecules keep the warmth much better than in a chlorinated pool, that has dead water.
The sauna creates a great sauna-pool experience on days (or evenings) that are a bit fresher.
Do you have air conditioning? ▶
We are an ecological resort, so we do not cool the inside by heating up the outside.
The natural air conditioning of the trees above the treehouses, and the fact that the wooden treehouses do not store heat like stone buildings do, are our solution.
We have installed ceiling fans in all the bedrooms, which take away any rest heat.
Can we bring our dog? ▶
Yes. Well-trained and gentle dog are totally welcome.
Please keep your dog on a leash at all times when in the gardens to respect the tranquility of other guests and their children and ensure that your pet does not infringe on the domain’s cleanliness.
Please inform us when you book your treehouse by clicking the extra dog fee.
Can we privatize the entire domain? ▶
Yes. Our four treehouses can be booked for exclusive use by your group. This includes full access to the gardens and the ecological pool.

Should we rent a car? ▶
Although a car can be convenient for getting to Orion, if your main intent is to rest and enjoy Saint-Paul de Vence, your treehouse, the Orion garden, ecopool and little forest, you do not necessarily need one.
To get to us you can book a taxi/uber or take bus from downtown Nice, Nice airport or the Cagnes-sur-Mer train station. More details here.
There are several excellent restaurants within walking distance of Orion. You will also find a supermarket 3 km from us.
For local excursions, you can easily reach Vence, Cagnes-sur Mer and Nice from the bus stop in the village of Saint-Paul de Vence.
You can also rent electric bikes, that will be delivered at Orion.
Are children welcome? ▶
Absolutely. We have treehouses for couples and family treehouses. As children are in nature, they are free to roam and are naturally calmer than in other settings.
Can we cook at Orion? ▶
Yes. Each treehouse is equipped with a beautiful glamping kitchen and a terrace where it will be good dining. BBQs remain forbidden though, as we are in the midst of classified and protected woods. Your kitchen is equipped with a plancha instead.
